Eileen Melendez-Rivas, FNP-BC

She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with two areas of specialization. In Family Medicine, she sees patients who need general medical care, working alongside Dr. Dorschug. In Pain Management, she specializes in neck pain, mid back, and lower back conditions, with a focus on workers' compensation and auto accident cases. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certificate in Family Nursing from Stony Brook University, and a Master's in Nursing from Long Island University. She is bilingual (English and Spanish).
